Musing : Co-operative Filming Studio?

Just musing but “somewhere in the Midlands” we could hire an industrial unit for around £500-£1000pm and turn it into a studio. And by “somewhere in the Midlands, I probably mean Worcester, Coventry, B’ham, Wallsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley area.

About 30×30 feet, so room for a couple of sets.

Allow for a decent budget for set changes, working assumption £1500.

So, 10 people pay £150pm to be keyholders , for which they can book 2 days, leaving 10 days to rent to others. (Which doesn’t really bring in a lot, whoever goes to look after them has to be paid).
