Platform Rules – Escorting
Our websites, anything legal is fine.
Escorts
Is legal in the UK and we will provide sites for Escorts, no matter where they are.
Most platforms have rules against promoting escorts or general anti solicitation rules. That normally means you can sell content, so long as you do not talk about escorting or link to it.
To play really safe, sell content under a different name so fans/clients don’t link the two sides of your life and get you into trouble with the platform’s dumb moderating.
US Based platforms should be assumed HOSTILE. Because of all the legal shit in the USA, even if they want to be nice their lawyers will be, “noooooo”. So, even of OK now, assume borrowed time.
Platforms outside the USA seem to have the ability to be more relaxed. What position they take, is down to their marketing.
I am not planning to resurvey any time soon. The conclusions are clear and if new sites launch, just read the T&C.
My quick survey of platform T&C (Feb 2021)
- AdultWork – you’re all good.
- Blisss – new, so not yet clear. Assume a T&C breach. But – because they are very sensible in other areas – THIS is where MY platform content is sold.
- Exclusv.life – in DM to me “You can say you are an escort in your bio, but it can’t be the main feature. Don’t use exclusv to advertise your availability. No blatant soliciting”.
- Pocketstars – fine with escorts. Just don’t get into booking discussions.
- Prestigexxx.com – FSSW are welcome as members, but don’t discus bookings on the site. In their response to me they suggested saying “Go check out my Twitter or AW profiles.” if any fan started asking.
- Exclusive Link – fine with escorts selling content. Just don’t promote escort services or state that you escort or get into escort related DM’s
- MyDirtyHobby – no idea, as their T&C is in German, BUT Germany is famously OK with sex work, so, maybe. If you know the answer, let me know. Certainly the site is full of escort and client vids.
- Only Fans – it’s a T&C breach. Also, OF seem to be the most pro-active on not wanting escorts on their site, (though this might simply be a numbers game – they are the biggest platform).
- ManyVids – it’s a T&C breach. Notes – No external URLS in vids. Use pauljonesair.manyvids.com
- VipDollz – it’s a T&C breach.
- AdmireMe.vip – it’s a T&C breach.
- JustFor.Fans – it’s a T&C breach
- ModelCentro sites – it’s a T&C breach
- Clips4Sale – it’s a T&C breach
- ModelHub – it’s a T&C breach
- IWantClips – it’s a T&C breach
- APClips – I didn’t find the usual list of “banned” items, so one might conclude that they are cool with escorts. OTOH their T&C was dated 2015, and they are based in Arizona (which really really doesn’t like escorts).
- ExtraLunchMoney – it’s a T&C breach
- Xvideos – it’s a T&C breach. They have a “no solicitations” clause.
- PornHub – it’s a T&C breach
- Xhamster – it’s a T&C breach. No solicitations.
- FanCentro – it’s a T&C breach.
- AVN Starts – it’s a T&C breach
- NiteFlirt – unclear. Their T&C are all about laying responsibility for content on the poster, but they seem to be US based, so I’d view it as a “No”.
- SextPanther – it a T&C breach
- Sharesome – didn’t find any clear ban, but there is a “No Solicitation” clause. A No.
- VX Pages – no clear ban but a LOT of “No Solicitation”. A No.
- Qrush – no escorting or personal meets.
- Peegle Live – ALL “Adult Content” is a T&C breach. So is blasphemy! Very much aimed at family market.
- Fansly – UK, owned by larger company. T&C 11.12 and 11.13, really don’t like FSSW and I’d assume they have zero tolerance.
Where “it’s a T&C breach” that means they CAN boot you, but doesn’t mean they will. Platforms vary in how they view it. Some will boot performers for simply being escorts, whereas others can be fine with escorts making content, just don’t mention that you escort, (because it’s onsite “promoting” or “facilitating” that worries them). I know that one of these “T&C breach” sites is absolutely fine with escorts saying they escort and you’d need to totally take the piss for them to chuck you off. (Not saying which, I have very carefully forgotten. But, not USA based).
Note – Escorts sites built by us can take money by crypto, or on the DL with CashApp etc. Getting a Credit Card payment processor will be difficult in most countries if they are aware that you will be advertising escorting services, even if you only take payment for content.
