Notes for Industry People:-
My understanding of these rules is that when you sell on platforms, the platform needs to ensure they follow the rules. Watch for changes there. (I’m expecting them to allow TWO sets of promo – one SFW that the unverified public can see, and then the usual NSFW for people who have age verified).
When you have your own site, like this one, YOU have to follow the rules yourself. Nutshell – everything in front of the AV must be clothed/hellish pixelated. Exact boundaries? No idea. But someone will become a test case. Not me.
