Whatever happened to FILMED Gangbangs/Parties? (UK).

A couple days back a new UK performer asked which producers are doing filmed gangbangs. (THE UNFILMED PARTY/GreedyGirls/Gangbang scene is alive and well. If you want that, hunt through Twitter 🙂

I suggested @splatbukkake , which they knew about, and they asked “who else?”

And I start “Well, there’s…..”….

Ah.

And then it hit me – right now, apart from Splatbukkake, it seems to be only girls organising their own Gangbang scenes. (Any producers reading this and spluttering into their tea, let me know, will edit to add you.)

Why?

Paperwork.

The OLD rules (before platforms) were that you logged the ID’s and Model Releases of all performers and then added the scene to your site. Gangbangs used standard male talent.

Then platforms got invented and allowed people to add content WITHOUT confirming the paperwork. New entrant Gangbang Producers started to shoot WITHOUT collecting all the paperwork from the guys because some platforms didn’t require it from people whose faces couldn’t be seen. Ands even those whose T&C were “you will have all correct stuff”, were never going to check.

Cue a boom in this content. Plenty guys willing to volunteer where they couldn’t be identified and no one had their ID’s on record.

BUT along come Covid. Fair enough, everything closed for most of 2020.

THEN, drum roll, The PornHub scandal, where they were found (quelle surprise) to have lots of pirated porn, revenge porn and even child porn uploaded by users. PH pulled 16,000,000 videos, but still lost their Credit Card processing.

MasterCard then came up with a new set of rules for USER GENERATED CONTENT sites – basically, the platforms. These are basically, “require creators to have ALL the paperwork from ALL the performers”. Now, what that means in practice seems to vary – some platforms seem to ask for everything up front, others are doing spot checks. Anyway, IF they have a proactive process that MC accepts, they won’t lose their CC processing because something slips through.

So, my take – some of the pre-covid GangBang producers who were going to come back, have either decided not to, or are still working out how to.

Meanwhile, producers with their own actual sites simply have to ensure everyone is of age, and consenting, and while that means collecting paperwork, they DO NOT have to send it anywhere.

MEANWHILE, women who want gangbang content are getting it by inviting 3-8 reliable properly paperworked males to come and take part.

Usually the girl(s) have arranged the location and guys don’t pay anything, but also they don’t get any rights. Just some stills and promo clips. Guys like fucking 🙂

OR they can be done on a standard collab basis, and that can work for girls who are on the party circuit and value the extra promo. USUALLY the guys will be banned from putting it on Tubes. In this case the guys pay their share of the location costs etc.

OR they can be done as part of a collab day, where maybe each guy gets a MF or MFM scene on standard collab terms, and everyone pays towards costs, and then a gangbang scene where the guys don’t get any rights. Pro Tip – shoot the gang bang scene first. If a guy can’t cum twice, that is then his problem, not yours!

OR they can be done where you charge people to take part. Be prepared for a crazy amount of time wasters, no shows and people backing out when you ask for the paperwork. It’s no picnic.
