To be safe, the law is pretty clear for making porn – you must not be visible from any road, bridal path or other public right of way, and you must have landowners permission. (For just having sex al fresco you’re normally OK if you have gone somewhere where you can reasonably expect to be private).

And in the Uk they go EVERYWHERE!

I once had an entire hill farm to play in, and it’s like – “nope, that field is next to a road, nope, that one too, nope, that has a footpath on the map even though no fucker uses it” and finally we worked out a garden sized patch that worked. Which, lucky, was enough.

I also got a location release from the farmer, (and this is back in the Naughties, it’s not new). Get location releases, because needing location releases for outdoor shoots is for sure a platform clampdown to come.
